DC Kate Jenkins was a police officer who interrogated Jack Harkness after he was arrested for the murder of Sir Robert Craig in 2008. She later informed the DCI that Craig's body had disappeared (thanks to the Torchwood Three team) and that therefore they had no evidence against Jack. (AUDIO: Hidden)
