Sisterman Constant was a medical professional on Mondas. She was also a selector, a person who recommended citizens to be called up to work crews who were breaking through the roof of the city to the surface of the planet. When Zheng took command after the power went down, he placed her on the conversion line and she underwent cyber-conversion.
