Dunkal was an investigator. He and his partner Rige came to the G-Lock in response to Executive Metcalf's distress call. He claimed that the Fourth Doctor had sabotaged ERIC and the Beautiful Death. When it was later discovered that he had lied, Dunkal and Rige arrested Metcalf and let the Doctor go. (PROSE: Festival of Death)
