Dr Janet Rutherford was a scientist working on the SERVEYOUinc-operated United System Research Base.
She helped the Eleventh Doctor, Alice Obiefune and John Jones release ARC and defeat August Hart. (COMIC: Whodunnit? / The Sound of Our Voices)
Behind the scenes
Although it is not directly stated that she is human, her comment that toluan salt-beetles are second only to humans in terms of intelligence in the comic story Whodunnit? strongly suggests that she is human herself.
