Arthur Cox appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Cully in The Dominators and Mr Henderson in The Eleventh Hour. With a difference of forty-two years, this is (as of 2017[update]) the record for the biggest gap between appearances in televised Doctor Who.
Cox's other television credits include The Avengers, Public Eye, Dixon of Dock Green, Department S, Special Branch, Softly, Softly: Taskforce, The Sweeney, Crown Court, Bergerac, Inspector Morse, Terry and June, The Bill and Coronation Street. However, he is best known for playing George, Jim Hacker's driver, in the comedy series Yes Minister.
