Howard Burden was costume designer on Doctor Who from 2012-14. He was also a longtime costume designer on Red Dwarf.
Burden is perhaps best known for helping to design iconic costumes for the Eighth Doctor, (DWMSE 38) War Doctor, and Twelfth Doctor.
