A ferry captain received a radio message from the Seventh Doctor requisitioning his vessel. The Doctor advised the captain that he had twenty-five minutes to remove his vessel and passengers from the area of Sydney Harbour. The captain trusted the Doctor and issued the orders. The Doctor confided to Ace that a Japanese submarine was due to torpedo an American warship. (PROSE: Hymn of the City)
