Potter was a human who was looking for the Seventh Doctor and Mel on Puxatornee. He told them that they were under arrest. In one timeline, he was a sight guide for the Slithergee. In another, he was a security agent, and he arrested them as he thought that they were Slithergee agents. (AUDIO: Flip-Flop)
