A receptionist worked for the Glasshouse in the 1970s.

She was one of the Glasshouse operatives who infiltrated Hastings General Hospital to take WPC Barbara Redworth prisoner. She knocked out the real receptionist and took her place.

Jana Kristan went to the reception area and asked the fake receptionist about two nurses she had seen. While they were talking, Kristan noticed the real receptionist's body on the floor. Realising her cover was blown, the fake receptionist tried to shoot Kristan, but Kristan shot and killed her before she could fire. (PROSE: The Scales of Injustice)
