Colonel Wilson was a British military officer and engineer.
He led a regiment to Middletown to check the structural integrity of a recently built dam. Also, he was obtaining special new guns developed by Lord Urton. Wilson was one of the few survivors after the attack on the town by a fire elemental. (PROSE: The Burning)
