Zabaia was the High Priest of Marduk in ancient Babylon. He nearly executed the Ninth Doctor because he mistakenly feared the Doctor to be a sorcerer and a spy. Zabaia was killed by Ali in a Karkinian rage when she feared he would try to hurt the Doctor again. (PROSE: The Beast of Babylon)
