Geoffrey Palmer (born 4th June 1927) is an actor known especially for his comic roles on British telelvision, in his over fifty-year career.
In Doctor Who, Palmer played Masters in Doctor Who and the Silurians, the Administrator in The Mutants, and Hardaker in Voyage of the Damned.
