Kevin Stoney (25 July 1921-22 January 2008[1]) was an actor who appeared in Doctor Who as accomplices to both the Daleks and the Cybermen. He played Mavic Chen in The Daleks' Master Plan, Tobias Vaughn in The Invasion and Tyrum in Revenge of the Cybermen.
