The Fifth Axis was a megalomaniacal neo-conservative superpower that in the early 2600s was taking over planets and space near the Braxiatel Collection. It was ruled by Imperator Volf Gator. (PROSE: The Doomsday Manuscript) The Earthlink Federation tolerated the existence of the Axis as long as they kept their warlike activity confined to the frontier worlds.
