The Ananga-Ranga was one of the three great erotic texts of the East translated by Richard Francis Burton. Most passages described sexual contortions, but some pertained more to the conjuring of demons. Certain sections strangely resembled passages of the Key of Solomon and other ceremonial magic texts.
