Vale Commander Kikker was a Valethske.
Kikker was the leader of the Great Mission, a quest to locate and eradicate the Khorlthochloi. He was a narcissistic and violent individual, even by Valethske standards, and indulged in murder and acts of sadism to vent his anger.
Kikker desired the secret of the Doctor's TARDIS to ensure his legacy in Valethske history.
He was killed by Veek while he threatened the Fifth Doctor with a laser pistol. (PROSE: Superior Beings)
Behind the scenes
- Kikker is Afrikaans for "frog", possibly a reference to his "hopping mad" mental state.
