Kali was a Kaliratha. She had four arms and possessed four swords.

She came on Earth and became worshipped as a fierce Indian goddess. (COMIC: The Arts in Space) She was also the inspiration for the religion of Thuggee. She shared her DNA with her most devote followers, the Scindia family. After the Hyperion War, Kaliratha were one of the species targeted by the Alliance of Races. Kali was destroyed and her body was incinerated, but the Scindia family managed to preserve her life essence.
