The Security Compound of the Time Lords was located in the fourth sector of the Capitol, on Gallifrey. It was home to detention rooms, interrogation cells, and a selection of execution rooms. The latter were, for the most part, officially closed and disused by High Council decree. (PROSE: A Brief History of Time Lords)
