Sergeant Mitchell was a trooper under Lieutenant Scott who went down into the caves in 2526.
After Walters lost contact with Baines and Collis, Mitchell, along with Carter and Bailey, went to investigate. After Carter found Snyder's remains, Mitchell radioed to Walters, but Mitchell, along with Bailey and Carter, were killed by the Cybermen's Androids. (TV: Earthshock)
