:This is what the references section in the article does. It lists and gives ''context'' to the references made within the article. It would be redundant to include such things like the main characters as they are obviously listed in the cast list. The references section already (should) divide things into categories and gives forth information to the reader. --[[User:Tangerineduel|Tangerineduel]] 06:16, September 30, 2009 (UTC)

::However, the References sections are used basically used as Story Notes. I believe that the Appearances must exist. Whether it is under the name References or Appearances, a list of Individuals, Species and Locations is neccesary. The Cast lists do not state every character that appears, merely the ones that talk. The Doctor's TARDIS appears in every episode, yet isn't in the Cast once. Therefore, I believe that the list is neccesary. [[User:Bigredrabbit|Bigredrabbit]] 06:25, October 2, 2009 (UTC)

IndexPanopticon → Should we add an appearances section to story articles?
Spoilers are strongly policed here.
If this thread's title doesn't specify it's spoilery, don't bring any up.

On other wikias whose topic is a movie or TV show, atricles on episodes have an Appearances section, which lists individuals, locations and other things which appear in that episode to get a better understanding of the episode. I believe that an Appearances section shoulod be used in this wiki, seeing as a list of individuals, species and locations that appear in each episode will not only improve the page, but attract many readers who would like to know that information. In conclusion, I request Appearances sections on episode pages. Bigredrabbit 23:40, September 29, 2009 (UTC)
