Does Salamander exist in the modern continuity? It's 2018 now and the show makes no reference to World Zones or the like. Granted the last few years of the modern series have been pretty coy about when they take place, ever since they jumped ahead a few years at the end of Rory and Amy's tenure. - Good question. It doesn't appear in the TV story, and it doesn't seem to be in the credits, so maybe it's in the novelization? Shambala108 ☎ 14:00, July 13, 2013 (UTC)
- I have the novelization, and it was the first place I checked, but no joy. I'm wondering if it crops up in the New Adventures books. I don't have copies of those yet. Leda74 ☎ 14:24, July 13, 2013 (UTC)
- I've done a bit of research, and I've found only one possibility. The audio story The Glorious Revolution supposedly has Jamie McCrimmon mentioning Salamander. I don't know if that's where the "Ramon" comes from, or if the writer of the audio story's article just put in "Ramon" because that's what we have for his article. Modern Series
