Sam was an individual who became merged with Ackley House due to an alien device in 2008. He believed he was trapped in the basement. He rang the room where Charlotte Pollard was being kept by Maxine. He called everyone in the building. He was the accomplice of Antonia Bailey. (AUDIO: The Condemned)
