Raltan was a 62-year-old Sorvix politician.
He had to hatch-children.
He was invited by the mayor's office to inspect Cardiff Bay Intelligent Hotel and Spa and bring with him separatists from his party. The hotel killed him by pouring acid into his bathtub and dissolving his body.
Toobert Jailert was given the same room and, accompanied by Suzanne Williams, found the soup in the bathtub. The remains were disposed of by St John Colchester. (AUDIO: Superiority Complex)
