Seru was the captain of a ship who investigated the appearance of the Doctor's TARDIS on Isos II. She ordered Enab and Alam to track the energy readings and found the Second Doctor. She thought that the Doctor was the reason for the disappearance of the colonist. When she realised the truth, she helped the Doctor find Zoe Heriot.
