Meme (The Time of the Doctor) was a colonel aboard the Papal Mainframe. Serving under Tasha Lem, she was present at the Siege of Trenzalore and the Mainframe's subsequent transition into the Church of the Silence. When the Daleks attacked the Mainframe, she was killed and turned into a Dalek puppet. After the Eleventh Doctor's arrival, she announced that he had fallen into their trap.
