The Interstellar Red Crescent was an organisation active for many centuries on Earth and its colonies. In 2157, they provided aid on the human colony Sifranos following the Dalek invasion of the planet, as well as taking simularity recordings of the destruction. During the Second Dalek War in the 26th century, a Red Crescent ship full of children was vaporised by a Special Weapons Dalek. (PROSE: Lucifer Rising)
