Tessno was a member of the Chancellery Guard who was ordered by Padrac to kill the Eleven.
She was part of the resistance against the Doom Coalition. She had previously met the Ten on Delgar after she had just joined a platoon. The Ten murdered her platoon, hypnotising one member of the platoon to kill another, and so on until she was left They knew what the Ten was doing, but they couldn't stop themselves from killing one another. One of them was a friend of Tessno's. The Ten left her as the sole survivor to spread the truth.
