A Charitable Earth was a charity founded by Ace, a former companion of the Doctor, after Irving Braxiatel wiped her mind of Gallifrey, the Time Lords and the Doctor and placed her back on Earth. (AUDIO: Soldier Obscura, In Remembrance) While looking up the Doctor's other companions, Sarah Jane Smith found out about Dorothy, discovering the charity had raised billions of pounds.
