Walter Pendulum was an avatar within the virtual world of Second Reality.
Walter, along with Glendower Broadsword, Brad Kominsky and Brenda Simone, played a game of Russian roulette. His arm was not long enough to place the barrel against his head, so he had to crank his neck down in order to play. After the death of Kominsky - the first in the game - Pendulum would abandon the contest.
Walter showed attraction towards Glendower.
He was a barrel-chested man in a tuxedo, but with the head of a giraffe. He had a hole in the back of his trousers for his tail and had hooves for feet. (PROSE: Another Life)
