Ian Bunting was a design assistant during series 2 and 3 of Doctor Who and a concept artist for series 1 of Torchwood.
Fellow design assistant Peter McKinstry described him as having a design background in the automotive industry and that he was consequently assigned mostly mechanical objects by production designer Edward Thomas. (DCOM: The Satan Pit)
