Avon was a young inhabitant of the city of the Elders. He and Flower gave Steven Taylor and Dodo Chaplet a guided tour of their city.
When Dodo left the tour and went to forbidden areas, Edal told Avon and Flower that they would be punished for their negligence. (TV: The Savages)
