The Little Man was a character from a children's novel, The Man at the End of the Garden. He often stole condiments and baking ingredients. He was created by Eleanor Naismith from memories of a man that she met in her youth. He gave her a book that could give her wishes, on the promise that she would wake him in a year's time. Because of Mrs Hitch's action this didn't happen, so he took his revenge on Eleanor but Clara managed to stop him. (AUDIO: The Man at the End of the Garden)
