Piri Reis was a Galactic Federation spaceship. The ship was under the command of Captain Gillian Sherwin. It had a culturally diverse crew - it had Terileptil crew members, a Draconian second in command, and an Alpha Centauran advisor. It was sent to bring the Imperial colony that was exploring the Darkheart into the Federation. (PROSE: The Dark Path)
