Ms Feasance was an assassin. She and Ms De Meanour were lovers.
They were sent to acquire a replacement for Mike Dudley, kidnapping Trey Korte. She was later killed by Cellian. (PROSE: Instruments of Darkness)
Behind the scenes
The assassins were based on Mr Wint and Mr Kidd from the James Bond film Diamonds are Forever. (REF: I, Who 3)
