Charlie was the owner of the post office at Devil's End.
He, like most of the other villagers, was frightened into obeying the Master when he used Bok to kill the squire Winstanley. (TV: The Dæmons)
Behind the scenes
Charlie was played by John Scott Martin, a regular Dalek operator, who went uncredited for the role. (DWM 241)
