Christian Favreau was an artist who heard the scream of a Dalek in Paris in 1921. The Eighth Doctor asked him if he had seen his TARDIS. He took him the the Red Padoga to help in his search. He was enchanted by Adelaine Dutemps. The Dalek Time Controller tried to convert him into a Dalek Time Strategist, but was only partially successful.
