Elin Morgan, born 9th July 1978, was a clinical trials volunteer for the Pharm. She lived at 4 Tanners Crescent in the Canton area of Cardiff.
Elin received the experimental drug Reset. Hitman Billy Davies was sent to kill her before she started developing any incriminating side effects. Torchwood Three saved her life, just as Davies was about to lethally inject her. (TV: Reset)
