Hektor was the owner of a blacksmith shop in Athens in 410 BC. He had a statue of Athena melted down to gold to help the government. Later, he was attacked by a hydra in his shop, but the Eleventh Doctor successfully stopped it.
The Time Lord had Hektor and his assistant, Doros, build a sword that could stop Ares. (COMIC: The Chains of Olympus)
