Marcus Brooks was an actor who starred in the soap opera Executive Desires.
When he met the Sixth Doctor, he was unemployed. He was taken by Autons, which made a replica of him that was so good, it fooled the Doctor. However, it was such an perfect copy that it switched sides and helped fight the Nestene Consciousness. The original was then freed and escaped with the real Dominique Delacroix.
