Matilda "Tilly" Brewer lived in Chelmsford in the 17th century. In 1645, she became infected by the Skreeth and began to change into a beast. Local villagers persecuted her as a witch. She was rescued by the Seventh Doctor and Ace, but because there was no cure for the infection, she had to stay in the TARDIS in a replica of her home. (PROSE: The Devil Like a Bear)
