Newark Rappare was an antiquarian, card cheat, forger and teacher.

During the late 26th century, he owned an antiques store on Vega Station with Ambrose Forster. After Forster was killed, Fitz Kreiner suggested he should turn legitimate. (PROSE: Demontage)
