Ninsul was a planet that was visited by the Eleventh Doctor.
Its appearance was noted as looking dirty, scrappy and messy.
Two of its cities were Peorek and Sokkar. The Elite came from Peorek.
The Elite enslaved some of their own race to create a machine known as the Wardroid to attack the city of Sokkar. The Eleventh Doctor managed to hack the machine, and they were defeated. (COMIC: Line of Battle)
