Qel was the leader of the Somnus Foundation. She was excited when she found evidence of the Doctor's TARDIS. She wanted the Fifth Doctor to pay for his betrayal. She wanted to destroy Gallifrey and the constellation of Kasterborous because of the Time Lords' betrayal. (AUDIO: Singularity)
