Ronald Biggs was a train robber from the 1960s who escaped to Brazil and remained there in hiding because Brazil and Britain did not have any extradition treaty. [source needed] The Tenth Doctor likened the Plasmavore's escaping to Earth to Biggs' escape, as the Judoon did not have any jurisdiction over the Earth. (TV: Smith and Jones)
