Sasha was a person that kidnapped Fitz while he was in Spain in 1937. He claimed to be a Russian Communist supplying arms to Spanish revolutionaries. He also said that his brother was killed in the October Revolution. How much of this was true was uncertain, as Sasha was an agent of Sabbath. He initially found the Absolute. Sasha and Fitz witnessed the bombing of Guernica, but due the Absolute's effect on people's perceptions, had difficulty determining the precise cause. (PROSE: History 101)
