A sulphagen tablet was a painkiller made by humans. When an Earth spacecraft landed on Exxilon, and its Commander, Stewart, was injured in an Exxilon attack, Jill Tarrant gave him sulphagen tablets. By the time the Third Doctor arrived, Jill had given Stewart the last tablet. (TV: Death to the Daleks)
