Tibernus was the servant of Eumachia in Pompeii in 79. He saw the Seventh Doctor and Mel Bush land and thought they were messengers of the gods. He later told Mel where Eumachia had hidden the Doctor's TARDIS, but returned to Eumachia's home despite the volcano erupting. (AUDIO: The Fires of Vulcan)
