Josie Williams was the wife of Defence Secretary Brian Williams, with whom she had a daughter. She once had a relationship with Paul Reynish after he saved her in Bosnia, but she left him for Williams.
In 2014, Josie found out from one of her husband's files that Reynish was to be executed. She met with him in a cafe where she told him that Williams wanted him dead. He later took her hostage but was convinced by Liz Shaw to let her go before killing himself using a chair supplied by P.R.o.B.e. (HOMEVID: When to Die)
