James Wylder was the lead writer of 10,000 Dawns. He wrote the Doctor Who universe crossovers Rachel Survived, White Canvas, and The Gendar Conspiracy. Among his other works, Wylder wrote the unofficial Doctor Who poetry book An Eloquence of Time and Space.
