Valentina Visintin was a Millennium FX prosthetics technician credited on the Torchwood story Children of Earth: Day Three.
Visintin appeared on the Doctor Who Extra for Deep Breath, where she talked about her (uncredited) role as prosthetic make-up artist in the episode, and her department's role in the creation of the Half-Face Man.
She has also worked on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and Russell T Davies' Wizards vs. Aliens.
